The RCM Onboarding Specialist will be our customer's primary contact to ensure they are successfully implemented to receive Azalea Revenue Cycle services. This individual will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, meeting and exceeding client expectations. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to appropriately set expectations from the sales hand-over, manage a project plan through the onboarding process and monitor post-live progress. The ideal candidate possesses these qualities as well as a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes & passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
