As a key member of the Field Services Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organized individual with a strong commitment to service to join our team as an RCM Office & Inventory Assistant. In this role, you will support Enovis’ Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Team and Consignment Inventory Team through a wide range of administrative and clerical responsibilities preparing and managing documents, maintaining organized workflows, and contributing to a clean, efficient, and well-functioning office environment.   • Communicate regularly with internal and external customers via telephone, mail, and computer.
  • Manages faxes for all assigned offices.
  • Manages FedEx deliveries and shipments.
  • Opens and breaks down boxes and builds boxes for drop-off at delivery.
  • Maintains a stock of 10-15 CPM boxes, returning the rest to the Waltham office.
  • Collects mail sent directly to the Vermont office and forwards to Waltham along with all daily paperwork.
  • Serves as the point of contact for all office-related inquiries (trash, Stericycle, Medicare), including ordering office supplies.
  • Assists in ordering forms and inventory for office and vans.
  • Completes return paperwork (either by ticket or Equipment Disposition Form (EDF)) with serial number from returned CPM machine(s) and sends to the CPM Team.
  • Manages quarterly inventory counts for the Vermont office.
  • Assists in cleaning returned CPM machines when inventory is low.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an administrative support position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Associate Degree from two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • Experience using inventory software and order processing systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory and customer service-related practices preferred.
