Requirements

1-3 years of client relationship management experience.
1-3 years of Healthcare and/or RCM experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
Demonstrated skills in delivering results.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications.
Assist with new client implementations.
Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in meetings with new and existing clients.
Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
