About The Position

An inquisitive and driven college student, actively enrolled in a Business degree program or related field that is interested in assisting with the administration of day-to-day operations within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations team. This individual will demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills along with high attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS in Business Administration or Business Management or related field
• Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel to create formulas, pivot tables and VLook Ups
• Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze customer metrics to gauge system productivity as well and financial performance
• Analyze data by using Excel to create pivot tables, formulas and VLook Ups
• Assist in the gathering and review of customer revenue cycle details to include accounts receivable, error/denial trends, and payment posting trends.
• Assist in the creation of customer dashboards by performing a thorough analysis of appeal success rates, expect price discrepancies, and any other financial metrics the customer needs.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects around automating system workflow, data gathering and reporting Update SOP
• Provide customer reporting and present analytics when needed that will aid in managing and streamlining operations.
