Summary We are seeking an AI Platform Engineer to lead the development of data models (Ontologies) and serve as the RCM Platform Administrator within our Palantir ecosystem. In this hands-on role, you will use Python and TypeScript to build, deploy, and manage AI-driven solutions that optimize our healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in data engineering, AI development, or platform management.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Palantir , Python , and TypeScript is essential.
• Core Competencies: Ability to work with limited supervision and translate complex requirements into high-performance data models.

Responsibilities

• Data Modeling (30%): Design and optimize Palantir Ontologies to support RCM business objectives and scalable data structures.
• Platform Administration (25%): Manage RCM platform stability, troubleshoot functionality, and partner with IT to align infrastructure and cloud requirements.
• AI Development (20%): Build and deploy end-to-end AI applications using Python and TypeScript to automate healthcare workflows.
• Data Analysis (15%): Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and apply advanced analytics to solve organizational challenges.
• Stakeholder Collaboration (10%): Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide expertise in data governance and performance optimization.
