Requirements
- Psychology students, recent graduates, or those interested in the psychology field
- High school diploma or GED (college experience a plus)
- A heart for kids and a passion for helping others
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check
- RBT certification OR willingness to train and earn it (we cover the cost!)

Responsibilities
- Teach life skills: potty training, self-help, play, social skills, and communication
- Encourage confidence and independence in children
- Support families with positivity and guidance
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress
- Implement ABA therapy under supervision
Benefits
- Competitive pay starting at $18/hour, with raises every 6 months for the first 2.5 years
- Guaranteed 40-hour workweek (Monday–Friday, 8:25 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends)
- $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs
