About The Position

Maxim Healthcare Services Orlando is hiring for a Registered Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism. This role involves helping children develop social skills, communication skills, and addressing repetitive or restrictive behaviors. The technician will document child progress and milestones and follow behavior change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or a minimum of one year experience working with children in capacities such as Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required.
