About The Position

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services involves providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults with autism. The role includes working directly with clients in both center and home environments, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Requirements

• Completion of RBT eligibility requirements and pass the RBT certification examination preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age by date of hire.
• Bachelor's degree and/or enrolled in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes and clinics.
• High interest and willingness to learn about, understand and work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Proficiency in applications, games, and web-based technology via an iPad and Microsoft Office Products, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy to children and young adults with autism according to the treatment plan.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Collect and maintain accurate records of client performance through data collection and insurance notes.
• Ensure billing for all appointments through online platform session conversion within a specified period.
• Implement treatment plans across multiple environments, including center, home, and community.
• Travel to the client's home and community as required.
• Assist with toilet training and diaper changing as needed.
