About The Position
WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). In this part-time role, you will assist Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The position involves providing one-on-one ABA therapy in various settings and maintaining clear communication with clients and their families to ensure effective treatment and client satisfaction.
