SUMMARY A great opportunity is available for an assertive, personable, and persuasive person to join the Inside Sales Center Team at Renewal by Andersen, the most recognized name in windows. The challenging (yet fun) job will be located at our Oak Park Heights location with most of our Team working remotely. You will be interacting with prospective customers and setting appointments up for our sales consultants to meet with prospective customers in their home. Make great money while working full time. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years inside sales/call center experience
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate positive outcomes, and present a positive image of the company.
  • Ability to work with all levels and types of people and to appreciate diversity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • As an Inside Sales Center (ISC) Revisit Agent, you will play a key role in helping homeowners get a solution to their problem windows.
  • Your listening skills, conversational style, emotional intelligence, self-confidence, and experience equip you with the core competencies you need to succeed in your new job.
  • Your job will be to reconnect with Demo No-Sale Homeowners, follow a strict methodology to understand their problem window situation, and suggest they invite us back to their home for a second opportunity to earn their business.
  • Even if some homeowners decide not to welcome us back, your role will be to leave them with an exceptionally positive phone experience.
