About The Position

This position is responsible for managing the To-Go business, from initial order-taking phone calls to order delivery to guests. Answer phones calls following Razzoo’s hospitality standards. Greet guests in warm, friendly and courteous manner Take To-Go phone orders following Razzoo’s standard phone procedures Describe menu items if requested by guest Suggest menu items if appropriate Ring up To-Go orders Expedite or help expedite To-Go orders in kitchen ensuring quality and completion of orders Manage Home Delivery communications Be responsive to guest needs at transactions Transact guest purchases accurately, making corrections and additions as necessary or requested Assist To-Go guests as necessary in taking large orders to their vehicles Manage payments accurately for To-Go orders, i.e, balance cash drawer and conduct cash-outs Support restaurant marketing initiatives Defer all guest questions regarding allergies to the Manager on Duty Be sensitive and responsive to guest complaints Seek assistance of manager on duty a when unable to resolve a guest issue Be observant of landscape and pick up trash as necessary Assist with bathroom check process Wipe counters, clean windows and pick up trash as necessary Assist service staff by refilling beverages, clearing plates, and helping to maintain tables and serve guests Wash and sanitize hands after removing trash, eating and drinking, using the bathroom, touching own face or hair, or handling food prep Alert appropriate personnel to immediately empty trash cans after broken glass has been disposed in them Maintain a clean and safe environment reporting any unsafe procedures or conditions to anyone in management Comply with all applicable federal, state and local statutes as well as Razzoo’s policies and procedures Perform additional responsibilities as requested by a manager at any time

Requirements

  • ABC Certification – as required by state or local laws
  • Food Handlers Certification – as required by state or local laws
  • Experience in full service restaurant environment is helpful, but not required
  • Successful completion of Razzoo’s training for this position required
  • Must be of legal age to work required hours in compliance with federal, state or local laws
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry items up to 20 lbs.
  • Move about the dining and kitchen areas quickly and carefully
  • Stand/walk during entire shift
  • Ability to hear with accuracy over loud background noise
  • 20/20 Near Vision, with correction – the ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
  • Manual Dexterity – the ability to quickly move hand, hand and arm, or two hands to grasp, manipulate or assemble objects
