The Receiver, Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) department is composed of an energetic multi-disciplinary team working collaboratively with internal and external customers and programs to provide mission ready capabilities to our warfighters. We research, develop, design, and integrate electrical (Analog, Power, RF/Microwave, and Digital) components, embedded and digital signal processing software, equipment, systems, sub-systems, and networks for the defense of domestic and foreign purposes. As member of our team you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of systems and equipment from receivers, exciters and processing electronics and communications systems that support multiple Radar programs. Some of the programs our department supports include Global Patriot and Early Warning Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical design and development, an eagerness to learn, the ability to work 100% onsite and collaboratively with a team, and an interest in complex, real-time, critical systems. This position is an onsite role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
  • This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
  • Ability to work 100% onsite and collaboratively with a team

Responsibilities

  • Circuit analysis, circuit simulation, design documentation maintenance, trade assessments for obsolescence resolution, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware performance issues and hardware integration, test and verification.
  • Integration and test of Digital, Analog, and RF components and modules.
  • Work as part of a team to analyze Hardware / Firmware test requirements / specifications to determine Hardware and Firmware requirements.
  • Develop solutions to test issues and develop productivity and efficiency enhancements.
  • Interact with test technicians, factory facilitators, operations managers, other engineers, Quality Assurance and Reliability personnel.
