About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Raw Materials Warehouse Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storing, and distribution of raw materials in our warehouse facility. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in the use of EXCEL, word and outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in warehouse administration or inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using a business system such as SAP or Oracle

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials and verify accuracy of shipments
• Store materials in designated locations within the warehouse
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues
• Prepare materials for production by pulling and staging items as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assist Raw Materials Supervisor and Warehouse Manager with monthly inventory.
