The Raw Materials Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of raw materials according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities. This role involves reconciling inventory and investigating discrepancies, as well as compiling and maintaining manual or computerized records. The coordinator will monitor production confirmation review/discrepancies, yield performance, raw material rotation, DMR process, and production hold review. Additionally, this position reviews production schedules and confers with department supervisors to determine material requirements and track overdue materials. The Raw Materials Coordinator also serves as a resource to the production team to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental rules and regulations.
