Raw Material Supervisor with Bilingual: Korean and English
About The Position
Qualifications & Requirements - Bilingual: Korean and English - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control systems, and material handling. - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) preferred. - Experience in raw material supervision or warehouse management is a plus. - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Quality & Compliance - Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. - Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) on sampling, testing, and approval processes. - Ensure proper segregation of non-conforming or expired materials. Inventory Control - Maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems. - Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. - Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to reduce waste and ensure material freshness/quality. Team Leadership - Supervise and train warehouse/raw material handling staff. - Assign daily tasks and monitor performance, safety, and compliance. Safety & Housekeeping - Ensure raw material storage areas comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. - Enforce proper use of PPE and safe material handling practices. - Oversee warehouse housekeeping and organization (5S implementation is a plus).
