Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in export administration or supply chain, quality, and/or materials management.
• Awareness of export regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• SAP Knowledge (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of administrative activities to facilitate the timely and accurate export and shipment of materials, equipment, products, packages, and documents.
• Prepare and maintain shipping records, prepare bills of lading, and compute duties, tariffs, price conversions, weights, and volumes.
• Prepare customs declarations and other required documents that describe the goods and materials being shipped and comply with all export regulations.
• Process export documentation within established deadlines.
• Communicate with carriers.
• Handle the entire order process, from preparing orders to liaising with shipping lines and the warehouse team.
• Communicate with external organizations (for example, customs authorities or shipping agents) to verify customs requirements and negotiate shipping costs and times.
• Keep abreast of changes in trade regulations to ensure company compliance.
