About The Position

This position is responsible for the safe and efficient set up, inspection and operation of equipment/machinery utilized in the processing of meat products. Additionally, responsible for following standard operating procedures, including but not limited to, completing production related paperwork and meeting product specifications.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and pass PIT training.
• Understand safe driving techniques.
• Complete paperwork for production and pre-op check lists.
• Follow established personal safety guidelines and policies.
• Follow established food safety guidelines and policies.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, inspect, and operate equipment/machinery for meat processing.
• Follow standard operating procedures and complete production-related paperwork.
• Meet product specifications.
• Maintain personal protective equipment.
• Use, clean, and maintain sharp cutting tools.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions from supervisors.
