Shift Premium 2nd - $1.25 & 3rd Shift 30 cents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conscientiously work toward running a safer and cleaner operation. Ensure that all guards are always in place. Inform the supervisors of any maintenance problems or suggested changes to equipment. Operate Rattunde machines per work instructions. Makes necessary adjustments to produce a quality product. Must be able to read a blueprint. Must have gauges and measuring devices at machine to make quality checks as needed. Assumes responsibility for the quality of the product being run on the shift. Inform supervisor of any maintenance problems or production problems as soon as possible. Carefully and accurately fills out all records and tags. Assumes various other duties at the direction of the shift supervisor. The incumbent is expected to understand that all employees have a shared responsibility for the quality of products and related services provided to our customers.
