About The Position

The Rates and Terms Specialist at Huntington Bank is responsible for the accurate entry and maintenance of financing plans. This role requires proficiency in integrated online systems to ensure timely processing and management of financial plans associated with manufacturers and dealers. The specialist will analyze distributor program documents and work collaboratively within a team to meet objectives and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a business environment.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Creation and identification of financial plans within the online system for manufacturers tied to dealers.
• Critically analyze distributor program documents to ensure proper building of complete financial plans.
• Independently work a queue to ensure all Plan Tie Requests are completed in a timely manner daily.
• Analyze requests from Invoice Processing to quickly and correctly identify the distributor/dealer and the correct financial plan.
• Gain a high-level understanding of how interest terms work and their impact on invoices purchased with various financial plans.
• Accurately build payment schedules.
• Work within a team to ensure all team objectives are completed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
