This role offers an exciting opportunity to support labor rate management for large-scale operations, focusing on data collection, analysis, and reporting across multiple systems.   • Collect, update, and analyze labor and union-related data from multiple systems (e.g., Phoenix, ADP, SAP).
  • Support audits, including trust fund reviews, grievance investigations, and fringe/benefit updates.
  • Coordinate with payroll and labor relations teams to ensure accurate processing of union dues and fringe payments.
  • Prepare reports and briefings to inform leadership decisions based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain and improve rate structures and systems for current and future projects.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements for rate management and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP Project System is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of labor relations or union reporting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with data management practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status required.
  • Ability to pass nuclear background and drug screening.
  • Competitive hourly pay: $25.00–$40.00/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
