About The Position

Reagent Manufacturing Support Intern As a Reagent Manufacturing Support Intern , you’ll join a highly collaborative lab team supporting the development, characterization, and improvement of critical bio-reagent manufacturing processes. This hands-on role spans automated chromatography, bioconjugation, and process development , with a focus on improving product quality and deepening our understanding of key parameters. This internship is a great opportunity to apply coursework in chemistry, biology, and biochemistry to real-world laboratory challenges. You’ll work alongside passionate scientists and engineers, contributing to experimental learning cycles and practical problem-solving in a production and R&D lab environment.

Requirements

  • A 3rd- or 4th-year undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, process engineering or a related field.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience through academic coursework in biology, chemistry, or biochemistry.
  • Familiarity with common lab techniques, equipment, and good laboratory practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A curious, problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for hands-on lab work.
  • Attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently while staying organized, accountable, and engaged.
  • Comfort working as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and carry out laboratory experiments with guidance from experienced scientists and engineers.
  • Use biology and biochemistry techniques to prepare solutions and purify test reagents in immunochemistry labs.
  • Collect, analyze, visualize, and present data using tools such as Excel, JMP, and PowerPoint .
  • Document experiments in a lab notebook.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to share findings and support project goals.
