The Rare Disease Hemophilia Account Specialist (HAS) serves as the primary commercial customer-facing representative for Pfizer’s Hemophilia Portfolio, engaging with Clinicians, Healthcare Providers, and Administrative stakeholders within Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs) and affiliated institutions in their assigned geography. This role is crucial for achieving company business objectives by executing account plans in compliant coordination with the Rare Disease cross-functional team. The HAS is responsible for addressing customer educational needs and facilitating the appropriate utilization of Pfizer's innovative therapies for the hemophilia population, which includes newly launched novel non-factor products like Hympavzi for Hemophilia A & B, alongside recombinant factor products (Benefix and Xyntha). The specialist must demonstrate a high level of clinical and therapeutic area knowledge, a deep understanding of the hemophilia patient journey, competitive dynamics, and product access pathways. They are expected to collaborate compliantly with Pfizer’s cross-functional team, including Field Medical, Patient Services, and Reimbursement, to triage customer support needs and ensure a seamless customer and patient experience.
