Qualifications Experience & comfortability with public speaking for diverse audiences Trainability in the adoption & execution of departmental policies & procedures Exhibit effective interpersonal communication skills Ability to adapt & work closely with other staff in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well with others and maintain positive interactions with coworkers Strong interest & dedication to wildlife conservation & education Capacity to clearly project voice Manual dexterity and flexibility Ability to efficiently multi-task Ability to focus & maintain attention to detail Note: Preference will be given to those candidates who have a background in the biological sciences field, experience in the handling & care of birds of prey, and experience in the presentation of conservation-based, educational programming. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Ability to work effectively with people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Successful completion of a background check Maintain valid driver’s license Ability to stand for long periods of time, and work outside in range of weather conditions Able to lift at least 25 lbs.
