Requirements

3+ years as a Lead Project Manager
3+ years in DoD IT environment
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required)
Project Management Professional Certification (minimum)
Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

Monitor and control project budgets.
Capability to make decisions under pressure.
Possess managerial, leadership and communication skills.
Ensure the baseline configuration of all network assets, including hardware, software, documentation, and point-to-point circuits, is documented, and configured according to DoD and JSP engineering standards.
Develop and maintain the Configuration Managed Database (CMDB) containing infrastructure data supporting relevant IT processes and management practices (e.g., Asset, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, Operations, Project, & Security Management) to meet or exceed MOAs/MOUs/SLAs with customers.
Provide real-time uninterrupted and unencumbered access to the MDB for personnel identified by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or the Alternate Contracting Officer's Representative (ACOR).
Lead the rapid response efforts during network incidents or outages, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to escalate and prioritize incidents based on severity and impact.
Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to streamline response efforts and improve overall resilience.
