Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Lead Project Manager
  • 3+ years in DoD IT environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required)
  • Project Management Professional Certification (minimum)
  • Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control project budgets.
  • Capability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Possess managerial, leadership and communication skills.
  • Ensure the baseline configuration of all network assets, including hardware, software, documentation, and point-to-point circuits, is documented, and configured according to DoD and JSP engineering standards.
  • Develop and maintain the Configuration Managed Database (CMDB) containing infrastructure data supporting relevant IT processes and management practices (e.g., Asset, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, Operations, Project, & Security Management) to meet or exceed MOAs/MOUs/SLAs with customers.
  • Provide real-time uninterrupted and unencumbered access to the MDB for personnel identified by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or the Alternate Contracting Officer's Representative (ACOR).
  • Lead the rapid response efforts during network incidents or outages, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to escalate and prioritize incidents based on severity and impact.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to streamline response efforts and improve overall resilience.
