This Rapid Rehousing Case Manager position is a key member of the Chief Seattle Club team, responsible for providing culturally competent housing case management and counseling services to our members and their families. This position will report directly to the Housing Program Manager and requires sensitivity to the needs of homeless and low-income American Indians. This position requires excellent oral and written/communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage a large caseload. Must work efficiently under pressure and creatively to resolve issues that arise. This position represents the organization with confidence and professionalism. Goals and objectives are established and evaluated by the Executive, Deputy, & Case Management Directors.
