About The Position

As a Case Manager, you will provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless and at-risk youth. You will also network with community resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field OR commensurate experience.
• Experience working with at-risk youth.
• Knowledge of appropriate psychological boundaries.
• Ability to be CPR certified.
• Obtain Class E Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and advocacy services for runaway, homeless and at-risk youth.
• Network with community resources.
