About The Position
The Rapid Recovery Trainer (RRT) at Lytle Medical Technologies is a full-time role focused on providing essential support and education to patients during their rehabilitation phase following orthopedic surgery. The RRT serves as the primary contact for patients, ensuring they are properly educated on the use of in-home Durable Medical Equipment (DME) such as CPM machines, Cryotherapy machines, and Bracing products. This position emphasizes patient assessment, adherence to care plans, and ongoing support throughout the recovery process.
