About The Position

Inizio Engage is partnering with Tonix Pharmaceuticals to build a team of Rapid Deployment Representatives (RDRs). This role is for ambitious, performance-driven sales professionals passionate about innovation and patient care, offering an opportunity to enter the pharmaceutical industry within a specific region. It is a highly innovative and mobile position that requires quickly mastering a new product. The RDR's impact will directly support successful product launches and provide critical assistance to areas undergoing transition. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years business to business or business to consumer sales experience required
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
• Strategic thinker capable of developing and driving territory business plans
• Ability and willingness to travel within a defined geographical region, including overnight stays
• Valid driver’s license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Support vacant territories within your assigned geographical region, both virtually and face-to-face, ensuring consistent coverage and sustained sales momentum
• Drive the successful launch and ongoing performance of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives
• Develop and implement territory-specific business plans to meet and exceed established KPIs and sales goals
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including key opinion leaders, to educate on product benefits, efficacy, and appropriate usage
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, clearly communicating clinical data and product value to diverse healthcare providers
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives such as speaker programs, symposia, and special events to maximize market penetration
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records and timely reporting
• Adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance guidelines while upholding ethical and professional sales practices
• Participate actively in training programs, sales meetings, and launch events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices
