ELS is hiring for the position of Ranger in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Campground Ranger / Registration (Seasonal: April–October) Who We’re Looking For: The Campground Ranger is the first face our guests see when visiting the park. A friendly demeanor and positive attitude are crucial. This role is part customer service representative and part rules-and-regulations enforcement. You’ll greet guests with a smile, verify identity, assist with check-ins, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone. What You’ll Do: Welcome guests at the front gate, verify reservations, and direct them to their sites. Handle check-ins, check-outs, camping reservations, and day-pass sales. Operate the store and assist guests with purchases. Prepare registration paperwork and run daily reports to keep operations organized. Monitor property appearance and patrol the grounds to uphold safety and cleanliness. Enforce resort rules diplomatically and contact law enforcement if necessary. Perform routine patrols, golf cart and rental inspections. Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally. Provide on-call emergency service as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills for reservations, point-of-sale transactions, and report generation.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues diplomatically.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays regularly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in security, law enforcement, or RV environments is a plus.
