We are hiring a Range Planning Manager to shape the product mix that millions of shoppers experience in LEGO Brand Retail Stores across the US and Canada. Requirements

  • Range & Assortment Planning: Experience building and optimizing retail assortments using planograms and SKU productivity data.
  • Commercial & Analytical Insight: Strong data skills to interpret sales, forecasting, and space planning for profitable, shopper-led decisions.
  • Retail Supply Chain & Merchandising: Knowledge of forecasting, allocation, replenishment, and core merchandising processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to align and influence category, space, and retail teams across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Regional Range Planning: Own the end-to-end range planning process for LEGO Brand Retail Stores across AMS.
  • Assortment Development & Optimization: Build and maintain monthly/seasonal assortment modules by theme and category.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Category Management, Retail Planning, Space Planning, and VM/Store Operations teams to align on launch plans, portfolio curation, and campaign priorities.
  • Data Accuracy & Systems Management: Reconcile all assortments against planograms and ensure accurate downstream data flow; provide listing depth prioritization to support data-driven macro space planning.
  • Process & Tool Transformation: Champion the transition from manual Excel-based range planning to LEGO’s new Assortment Management Tool, managing dual processes during rollout and driving adoption through effective change management.
