This person will provide expertise and agronomically sound solutions to producers and location staff across the MFA trade territory. Provide leadership in areas of range and pasture trainings and sales. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • One to two years of sales experience preferred.
  • If You desire to thrive in agriculture and seek a key role in the industry.

  • You have or are willing to develop basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Follow company sales strategy and execution
  • Generate sales for the company according to specified targets
  • Utilize sales technology effectively to track progress, update sales goals, and track results
  • Responsible for contributing as a strong team member and working to grow sales within assigned area
  • Develop an intimate understanding of the customer’s business and develop strategies for partnering with the customer to help grow their business
  • Engage and maintain relationships with MFA team members that allow for the delivery of value-added services in order to position MFA as the customer’s desired retailer
