Grimmway is seeking a Ranch Manager to oversee organic and conventional farming operations in the Imperial Valley area. As one of the largest carrot and organic vegetable grower/packer/shippers in the world, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, healthy, and safe products to communities while caring for the earth's natural resources and our employees. Requirements

• 5 years of farm management experience, including supervision of labor and direct involvement in the business side of the industry
• Ability to work in Imperial Valley or immediate surrounding area
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work weekends during certain seasons
• A valid Driver's License and clean DMV driving record
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical, and functional capacity evaluation

Nice To Haves

• Four-year college degree in a related major preferred but not required in lieu of direct experience
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish
