About The Position
Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is currently seeking a Seasonal Ranch Laborer to join its team at its Palermo Water Treatment Facility. PCP is dedicated to investing in its people and fostering a culture of service, where each employee can do their best to make affordable, high-quality food for customers across North America. This vital role supports our Palermo water treatment facility through efficient monitoring, distribution of irrigation water, and operation and maintenance of farm equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, from June to October.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the distribution of irrigation water efficiently.
- Operate a variety of farm equipment safely and proficiently.
- Perform general ranch labor, including weed eating, pulling weeds, and shoveling trenches.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
