Ranch Hand - Assistant
About The Position
Understand agricultural and ranching operational. Assist the Ranch Hand with various tasks. Help to ensure farming and ranching facilities and equipment are operating efficiently and tend to the land and livestock. The Ranch Hand Assistant will provide support to the Ranch Hand, as noted in the essential functions, and other areas as identified. Essential Functions: Perform any necessary maintenance on equipment and land Ability to perform maintenance on irrigation system Ensure buildings and facilities are operational Ability to start and complete farming and agricultural tasks Ability to safely operate equipment Ability to perform job in a safe and professional manner Ability to lift heavy objects Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, pull and push for long periods of time Qualifications All of the above essential functions Must be able to perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
