In addition to our Residential Treatment Centers, we offer a fully accredited Child Placing Agency (CPA), supporting safe and nurturing foster and adoptive homes. Our Family Programs Division provides critical community-based services through: FAYS (Family and Youth Success) – strengthening families and helping at-risk youth Kinship Services – supporting relatives who step in to care for children in need Family Resource Center (FRC) – providing wraparound support and local access to resources for families in crisis or transition Together, these programs form a robust, integrated support system focused on building resilience, restoring hope, and achieving long-term positive outcomes. The Ranch Director oversees the daily operations of our residential child-care program, ensuring youth receive high-quality care in a safe, structured, and trauma-informed environment. This role requires a highly engaged, visible presence on the ranch with ongoing interaction with youth and staff. The Ranch Director leads program operations, supervises Team Leaders and Direct Care Staff, manages crisis response, ensures compliance with licensing standards, and actively coaches staff in applying the agency’s Philosophy and Treatment Model. The Ranch Director ensures the Keeping Kids First approach is consistently demonstrated across all shifts and departments and maintains proactive systems to protect children from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
