Position Summary The Ranch Attendant supports the daily operations of the Ranch House and community amenities at Tesoro Viejo. This position assists residents and guests, supports community events, and programs, and helps ensure amenities are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Requirements

  • Customer service or facilities/amenities experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to perform light physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting event supplies)
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Open, monitor, and close the Ranch House and associated amenities
  • Greet and assist residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Support community events and activities, including setup and breakdown
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces
  • Assist with light operational and facility-related tasks as needed
  • Enforce community rules and policies in a courteous and consistent manner
  • Communicate issues or maintenance needs to management staff
