About The Position

The position is part-time and involves general assistance with the flight school. The role requires moving aircraft on the ground, coordinating with flight dispatchers, washing and cleaning aircraft interiors and exteriors, and assisting in the general upkeep of flight school facilities. Additional responsibilities include helping with the setup and tear-down of flight school events and assisting with any projects assigned by the Operations manager, as well as grounds keeping and yard work.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move at least 50lbs regularly
• Ability to work outdoors year round
• Friendly and cooperative
• Ability to work independently
• Detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Move aircraft on the ground
• Coordinate with flight dispatchers to have aircraft moved in and out of the hangar in preparation for flights
• Wash and clean aircraft interiors/exteriors
• Assist in general upkeep and cleaning of flight school facilities
• Assist with setup and tear-down of flight school events
• Assist with any projects assigned by the Operations manager
• Grounds keeping / yard work
