About The Position

Grant Aviation is looking for Ramp Service Agents with strong driving skills and a safety-first mindset to join our team. This position plays a key role in our ground and ramp operations, shuttling passengers, and operating a variety of other equipment. Because driving is such a major part of the role, you must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. If you like staying active, don't mind the outdoors, and feel comfortable handling vehicles and equipment, this could be a great fit! You'll help keep things moving on the ramp while providing friendly support to the passengers and your team.

Requirements

Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment with strong situational awareness.
Deliver friendly, positive customer interactions.
Use basic computer systems and learn new systems quickly.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Meet all requirements to work in the U.S. and pass a 10-year background check.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

Safely shuttle passengers to and from airport facilities.
Operate ground service equipment, including passenger vehicles, loaders, tugs, and forklifts.
Assist with customer service issues.
Assist passengers with special needs.
Receive, process, store and load or unload cargo.
Process inbound and outbound mail shipments.
Process various reports and computer data input.
Interface with customers in person, by email, or over the phone.
Complete other duties as required by management.
