The Ramp & Customer Service Agent is responsible for above and below wing tasks which include guest interactions and ramp functions. This position involves split shifts, with an early morning shift to support AM flights and a later afternoon shift for PM flight assistance, in accordance with operational requirements. The role requires working outdoors in all types of weather conditions while performing below wing functions such as transporting baggage and cargo, loading and offloading luggage and cargo, aircraft marshaling, pushing back the aircraft, and aircraft deicing. The agent will assist guests with travel needs, perform boarding and gate duties, process and secure guest luggage, and maintain luggage claims as necessary. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for holidays and weekends.
