Ramp Agent/ Non CDL Driver - $21.00/hr
About The Position
We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. Position Summary: Gate Service Driver is responsible for driving a modified golf cart on the airport ramp to provide catering services to airline customers in a timely manner. The Driver must follow all safety procedures when loading and unloading equipment into the warehouse, carts, and aircraft. We are accepting applications for this position on an ongoing basis. Requirements
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Complete mandatory Driving Test and AOA training at the airport
- Will be exposed to utmost temperature changes and noise
- Be able to work up to ten (10) feet in the air
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver multiple tasks and delivering them within the assigned deadlines.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and overtime when mandated
- Arrive to work on-time and in uniform
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Complete paperwork
- Communicate by radio to supervisors and dispatchers
- Work as a member of a team
