Ramp Account Manager supervises the daily operation from an administrative and operational standpoint to ensure ramp service staff meet customer’ targets while abiding by all Swissport and customer procedures and regulations. Serves as primary point of contact with customer and service manager for account(s) assigned. Cover as manager on duty for Swissport in the absence of a Duty Manager. Expected rate of pay is $90,000/yearly, depending on experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience in Ramp Operations.
  • Strong organizational and multi tasking skills.
  • Customer focus and quality awareness.
  • Ability to deal with conflict.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and control staff scheduling, reporting and absences.
  • Responsible for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental activities at the station with an objective of reducing employee injuries, aircraft, and equipment damage.
  • Control of daily staff payroll, hours, exceptions and overtime.
  • Monitors personnel appearance and compliance during the operation.
  • Maintains applicable safety and quality standards.
  • Maintains, updates company's manuals and documentation.
  • Enters daily hours into FSC and in customer’s tracking platform.
  • Is responsible for overall discipline, conduct, performance, and morale.
  • Ensures that all assigned work is completed correctly, efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct a full investigation for each irregularity and submits appropriate written reports.
  • Maintain timely and accurate communication with customer and escalate appropriately.
  • Captures and maintains Key Performance Indicators.
