About The Position

Sustain, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced RDA and Metrology equipment and processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment and process deviations. Design and execute experiments (DOE) to improve tool performance, process capability, and yield. Analyze defect and metrology data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process, integration, vendors) to resolve chronic issues and drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and best-known methods (BKMs). Support equipment installations, upgrades, and technology transfers. Mentor and train technicians and junior engineers. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Participate in audits, process improvement initiatives, and professional development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or related field) or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel, Python)
  • Familiarity with SPC, DOE, and process control methodologies
  • Familiarity with safety, quality, and operational excellence standards
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule and adapt to changing priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of metrology and real-time defect analysis tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with Tool Initial Qualifications (TIQ)
  • Demonstrated experience with semiconductor equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization
  • Experience with equipment management software (e.g., E3, SPACE, Klarity)
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional projects or teams
  • Track record of implementing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
  • Experience collaborating with global teams and vendors on equipment upgrades and recovery projects
