About The Position

Develop and implement global quality systems for RDA and Metrology, ensuring compliance with industry-leading standards. Define strategic roadmaps for defect detection and metrology, enabling future technology scaling. Lead cross-functional collaboration with global HVM sites, process integration, data science, and yield engineering teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement. Establish advanced monitoring and analytics frameworks for defect trends, excursion mitigation, and process health metrics. Champion innovation and process optimization, leveraging data-driven methodologies to improve detection accuracy and manufacturing efficiency. Drive global best practices through audits, risk assessments (FMEA), systematic improvement programs, MMM, sampling strategies. We need an engineer drawn to creative problem solving and innovative solutions We need someone who is willing to investigate process anomalies, root cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlations

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field OR Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, RDA, or metrology within a 300mm fabrication environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex quality programs and collaborate across global teams
  • Experience with data analytics, scripting, or programming for process optimization
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving change in high-tech environments
  • Familiarity with advanced metrology and defect detection methodologies
  • Drawn to creative problem solving and innovative solutions
  • Willing to investigate process anomalies, root cause analysis, data manipulation, and correlations
