About The Position

As a Raley's Service Agent I, you will provide customer service in a manner which increases customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and maximizes customer long-term value to Raley's. In this role, you will work temporarily in the Raley's Service Center and strive to provide polite and tactful responses to customer contacts by a variety of communication channels.

Requirements

  • Must have open availability 7 days/week from 8am-8pm.
  • Work is completed on-site at the Raley's Distribution Center.
  • Discern issues and provide solutions.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Be reliable.
  • Experience utilizing social media is helpful.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software applications.
  • Impressive telephone, email and social media etiquette.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and thorough entry of customer contact data into the database.
  • Answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle praise and complaints regarding the organization's products or services.
  • Demonstrate a genuine desire to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
