About The Position
The Pub Assistant Assistant Manager (AAM) at McMenamins is a pivotal role that supports the overall operations of the pub under the guidance of the Pub Manager. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth running of pub activities. The AAM will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that include both management and non-management duties, ensuring that all aspects of the pub are functioning effectively. The AAM will also be involved in setting up and breaking down service areas, ensuring they are well-stocked and organized for efficient service. Additionally, the role requires the AAM to manage labor effectively, oversee side work, and maintain cleanliness in the pub environment.
