We’re looking for a data-driven, results-obsessed Director of Performance Marketing to lead our media buying team and scale new customer acquisition across all paid channels. You’ll manage a $1.5M–$2M monthly ad budget spanning Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Bing, and AppLovin, with a laser focus on driving profitable growth. Your mission is simple: acquire new customers efficiently and at scale through world-class media buying execution and analytical rigor. This is a highly visible, leadership-level role reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll build upon a proven system that has already driven 8-figure annual revenue growth, and now needs a dedicated leader to take it to the next level.
