Our Prep team has one of the most physically demanding jobs within the facility; they are the first to prepare each railcar for the loading and unloading of vehicles. This diverse team works together to productively meet deadlines and solve problems, while adhering to workplace guidelines and safety protocol. This role will also require climbing up and down railcar ladders, opening and closing railcar doors, placing and removing chocks that secure vehicles for shipment, and the ability to lift up to 70 lb. bridge plates repeatedly throughout your shift. If you thrive off the high of a 'good day's work' and are comfortable performing physical labour year-round in an outdoor work environment, this is the position for you!

Requirements

• Must be able to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Willing to complete a criminal background check.
• Punctual and reliable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Team player.
