Shifts begin early, and the work is hands-on, involving inspection, door operations, debris clearing, and ensuring railcar readiness. The role also includes identifying repair needs and managing assigned tools. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Prepare railcars for the safe and secure transport of vehicles and materials
- Inspect railcars for damage
- Open and close end doors
- Clear debris with backpack blowers or hand tools
- Ensure the railcars are safe and ready for the next load
- Help identify issues that need repair
- Take responsibility for assigned tools and equipment
- Follow all company, customer, and industry guidelines
