Road & Rail Services is seeking a Railcar Prepper in Georgetown, KY. This role involves working outdoors, performing physical tasks to prepare railcars. Responsibilities include battling grime, inspecting doors, and ensuring each railcar is ready to roll by removing debris and contaminants using tools like backpack blowers and scraping tools. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or the ability to get one
• Valid state driver's license
• A love for teamwork and safety
• A sense of humor and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Open and close railcar end doors like a pro.
• Inspect railcars for damage, fatigue, and anything suspicious.
• Identify repairs that our team can tackle-because we don't just prep, we protect.
• Climb ladders (16-20 feet high!) and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift.
• Follow all safety procedures like your life depends on it-because it does.
