You will perform the essential cleaning and inspection functions necessary to prepare railcars for loading and transport. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or Ability
- Safety first mentality
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and in confined areas
- Able to meet attendance requirements
- A team work, can do attitude and willing to learn
- Valid state driver's license
Responsibilities
- Comply with all industry, customer and company safety regulations and operating procedures
- Inspect and clean inside previously loaded railcars from the bottom hatch gates
- Through the use of various scraping devices, remove all debris and other contaminates inside containment area
- Identify repairs that can be performed by Road & Rail Services
- Maintain accountability and maintenance for all assigned equipment
- Perform housekeeping duties as required by Management
